Drug addiction is really a very bad problem of the society, it destroys the life of a person. Doesn't matter if you call it a habit or an addiction, or if it's marijuana or cocaine. Addiction is addiction.

I smoked for most of my life and giving them up was extremely difficult. I used all of the stop smoking gadgets but none did the trick. Then I found the electric cigarette. The electric cigarette uses a nicotine juice that consists of just nicotine. No toxic substances at all. They have luckily improved my life.

I agree with you.. People say that marijuana is not addicting. But if I don't have any marijuana I can definitely tell a major difference.

Marijuana addiction is associated with an uncontrollable urge to use the drugs. Its consequences include stress in life, memory and learning problems, health disease and any other common symptoms found in case of addiction.
I smoked my first joint when I was 13. I'm now 48, so I was a smoker for 35 years!! I quit March 1, 2010, cold turkey, and haven't slipped once.

It's one of the hardest things I've ever done. I've had ALL the withdrawal symptoms mentioned in any of these sites.
- Anxiety, vivid nightmares, insomnia, nausea and vomiting, the runs and/or constipation, lack of appetite, headaches, general run-down feeling (like a bad case of the flu), night sweats, chills and feverish, and on and on and on.
My primary motivation for never having another toke is that I never want to go through this again. Then there's the $2,000 a month we're saving. My husband and adult son quit too.

We're going on a holiday for Christmas, instead of buying more pot and trying to figure out how to slip away from our extended family to smoke joints on Christmas Day.

It's all good - but it's HARD. I hope we start feeling better soon. Tomorrow with be Day 15.

Marijuana is addictive product since if we would like to quit, there is some symptom that makes us not like to quit it… we should be patient and strong enough in order to quit it successfully since these marijuana withdrawal symptoms start about a day after stopping smoking, are worst on days two and three, and go away within a week or even two weeks after quitting.
